Brian Bailey has been active in the real estate industry since 2002 having entered residential real estate as an agent representing Keller-Williams Realty, the 3rd largest residential real estate company in the U.S. In 2009, Brian was an agent with Goldwasser Real Estate, a top-selling residential real estate team in Austin. In January 2010, Brian & his agent-wife Wendi joined Regent Property Group LLC to better position themselves to achieve the highest level of customer service and satisfaction when helping their loyal clients buy or sell Austin homes.

During 2009 Brian completed certified negotiation training to become a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE™) and was among the top buyer agents at Goldwasser Real Estate.
