With the vast majority of home buyers beginning their Austin home search on the internet, buyers and sellers alike can benefit from working with a web savvy Realtor® to maximize marketing exposure for their home or to help them find the best home to purchase. However, real estate web technology is complex, expensive, and constatly changing, making it a challenge for any Realtor® to stay on the cutting edge. As a result, founding members Brian Talley, Curtis Reddehase, Sam Chapman, and Joe Cline - all of whom are Realtors® - joined forces in 2009 to start the Austin Web Savvy Realtor® Alliance
The group was founded to improve the customer experience by providing the most quality, innovative, and cutting-edge real estate services and technology to Austin home buyers and sellers. The members meet monthly to discuss various real estate related topics while sharing best practices, new technologies, and offering innovative techniques to improve the customer experience.
The members of the group are committed to providing the consumer with accurate online real estate information with the ability to search for Austin homes on their respective websites. In order to achieve the greatest online exposure for the customer, the group understands that unique and quality content must be provided in a search engine friendly manner on a consistent basis. As such, the group is constantly working to discover and produce the kind of information that the consumer needs.
