Brian Talley is the founder of Regent Property Group and a top Austin REALTOR® who in 2014 was awarded the Platinum Top 50 and recognized as a top 25 producer in Austin Texas by the Austin Business Journal.  During 2013 Brian closed over $20 million in sales for homes in areas such as Lake Austin, Eanes ISD, Westlake, West Austin, downtown Austin, and more.  

Talley, a 5th generation Texan, has been active in real estate since 1998 where he began his career working in retail development, sales, and marketing. Talley formed Regent Property Group to serve the needs of home buyers and sellers in the greater Austin area.  Brian has been married to his wife Erika since August 4, 2001.  They have two daughters Lauren and Leah and his wife Erika is pregnant with their third daughter.

Brian Talley started his real estate career working as a retail development, sales, and marketing executive with retail developer Weston Companies. In 2002 Brian joined the nation's fastest growing corporate real estate services firm United Systems Integrators Corporation (USI). At USI Brian performed impressively for his customers where he leased and sold 575,000 square feet and 37 acres of office, industrial, and residential properties producing millions in savings for his Fortune 100 customers. USI was acquired by Fortune 100 firm Johnson Controls (JCI) where Brian worked as Vice President of Business Development in the Global Corporate Real Estate and Facilities group.
