Just three blocks from the downtown Capitol, the home has both indoor and outdoor options for weddings. The venue can accommodate up to 250 guests.
Mercury Hall: This event venue offers indoor and outdoor space for a beautiful hill country wedding with the convenience of an in-city location. Named Mercury Hall because of its original location in Mercury, Texas in 1904, the building was moved to South Austin in 1997. The stained glass windows give the appearance of a quaint chapel, but the four acres of grounds provide enough space for a large wedding.
Austin Party Cruises: For a complete tour of Austin, host your wedding on an Austin Party Cruise boat. These party barges sail around Town Lake, providing guests with sweeping views of downtown Austin and a romantic backdrop when the buildings and bridges light up at night. Villa Antonia: Located just outside of Austin on the shores of Lake Travis, this wedding venue is built in the style of a Tuscan villa. Originally, Villa Antonia was built as a personal home in 1998, but in 2002 the grounds were expanded to include amenities for the many couples requesting to be married here. Couples can exchange vows either inside the chapel or on a terrace with breathtaking views of the Texas hill country.

Barr Mansion: Designated as the first certified organic venue, the Barr Mansion is an elegant Victorian home built in 1898. The grounds feature rose gardens and a glassed Artisan Ballroom so couples can tailor their wedding to suit their personal style. The mansion can accommodate small groups or large weddings up to 800 guests. The food catered is all organic cuisine.
Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center: The Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center was founded to introduce people to the beauty and diversity of wildflowers and other native plants. The Center features gardens, woodlands, and sweeping meadows and takes part in internationally influential research as part of the University of Texas at Austin. Wedding ceremonies and receptions can be held in the garden grounds with an open verandah ideal for banquets and dancing.
Umlauf Sculpture Garden: Located in Central Austin, the Umlauf Sculpture Garden provides a beautiful outdoor setting for weddings and receptions. Featuring large sculptures from the artist Charles Umlauf, the venue has an outdoor arbor overlooking a lily pond, waterfall, and wooded hills. The venue also has an indoor area, the Roberta Crenshaw Building, which is glass enclosed.
Camp Lucy: Camp Lucy can help create a storybook wedding, with several options for a unique wedding. The site features a restored French Colonial chapel, enclosed events hall, a Hansel & Gretel cottage, brick paved courtyard, and beautiful views over lavish landscaping. Weddings can be indoors or outdoors, with a capacity for over 300 guests.
