Circle C Ranch, informally known as just Circle C, is one of the most popular master-planned communities in Austin (See Austin homes for sale.) With over 5,000 homes, Circle C is only nine miles from downtown and comprises the Southwest Austin region near Slaughter Lane and MoPac.

Neighborhood Location
Circle C comprises a large community in Southwest Austin (see Southwest Austin homes for sale) that has grown to north of Slaughter Lane, west to FM1826, south to Hwy 45, and east of MoPac.
Circle C Amenities and Parks
A new Circle C Community Center opened in 2012 and features a pool, plus meeting and event spaces. The neighborhood also features a separate, year-round heated lap pool.
The Grey Rock Golf Club, an 18-hole championship golf course, also makes its home in Circle C. It features 160 acres of oak trees and views and offers memberships, plus a Golf Academy.
Circle C is home to hundreds of acres of dedicated parkland.
Circle C Ranch Metropolitan Park on Slaughter Creek is a popular park of almost 550 acres, located off of Slaughter Lane. It is owned and operated by the City of Austin Parks Department and includes basketball courts, a large disc golf field, a multipurpose field, seven soccer fields, two volleyball courts, picnic tables, a playground, and almost six miles of trails.
The Circle C HOA operates an additional four park areas with playscapes.

The Veloway, a 3.1 mile asphalt track for bicycling and rollerblading, also borders the neighborhood.
Conveniences of Living
Circle C Café and Catering, owned by Executive Chef Jaime Arevalo, is located in Circle C Ranch. He also owns the Café inside the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, which is on the east side of Circle C on La Crosse Avenue.
Along Slaughter Lane near MoPac is Parkside Village, anchored by a new construction, five-screen Alamo Drafthouse Theater and 400 Rabbits, a stand-alone cocktail lounge. At the intersection of Escarpment and Slaughter Lane is Escarpment Village, the first true “green” retail center in Austin. The center utilizes cisterns for rainwater harvesting, solar panels for heating and electricity, and a green roof with native plants for insulation and heat reduction. The center, which straddles Escarpment, is anchored by an HEB grocery store with Café on the Run and Coffee Bar. Restaurants and food/drink establishments include Waterloo Ice House, Santa Rita Tex-Mex Cantina,Satellite Bistro & Bar, Blue Bamboo Viet Thai Grill, Mangieri’s Pizza Cafe, Subway, Austin Scoops, Starbucks, and Twin Liquors.
