Due to his professionalism, diligence, tenacity, follow-up, and customer care, Brian was able to successfully dispose of more than 37 acres across four (4) sites, leased and/or sold +-575,000SF across eight (8) sites, assisted in the disposal of an additional 1.5M SF, and produced over $1.1 million in commissions on behalf of our organization in just three years. Brian’s dedication to our team and our customers resulted in substantial value for our organization and our customers. I am pleased to recommend Brian and his company Regent Property Group.

I accepted a new job in Austin at the beginning of the summer. We needed to relocate from Dallas to Austin in a very short amount of time in order to get our youngest child into a good school by the end of the summer while my family remained in Dallas and I traveled over seas. This was not going to be fun or easy. Our desire was to get a home in the “hill country” that was close to downtown and in a great school district. A good friend suggested we call Brian Talley at Regent Property Group.
Brian knows everything you would want to know about Austin. His attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. Brian sent us homes to review via email prior to my arrival in Austin. He had scouted out 4 areas for us to look at homes that matched our criteria. We were able to pare down the list before I arrived in town. When I looked at the homes selected on line, Brian showed them in the context of value, commute, schools and the ambiance of the general area where they were located. Having everything lined up like that was invaluable given the time we had to make a decision.
My wife came down to Austin the next weekend to review the homes I had selected from the ones Brian had shown me; from that list my wife and I selected our favorite three homes. We selected a target home and two back up choices. Brian’s knowledge of real estate values in the different areas we were looking put everything into a context that was quite helpful in making a decision on a home that matched our desires and that would likely continue to appreciate in value.
Brian’s attention to detail creates a sense of ease with the process. He has a network of inspectors and contractors for getting a critical evaluation of the property, what improvements needed to be done to move in and who was the best choice to do the work. He has mortgage brokers to work with if there is a need. So we had our first choice under contract at a very fare price and both my wife and I were out of town. No reason to panic as our closing day quickly approached.
To make a long story short, I returned to Austin to close. Brian had the entire schedule of contractors laid out for me and work started the following day so everything was done by the time my family joined me in Austin. Our son is in the school we had targeted and the house is mid way between my office and my wife’s office. Most importantly, we have our home in the “hill country”. That was quite a change from the view we had in Dallas of our neighbors’ fences.
I am looking forward to recommending Brian Talley and the Regent Property Group to my friends and colleagues who may be relocating to Austin or within Austin. He made what seemed to be a very difficult and stressful experience a very smooth transition.
