- Action
Habitual activity characterized by energy and boldness.
- Agency
The relationship existing between a principal and an agent who acts for the principal within the specified authority granted by the principal. The principal is entitled to rely on the agent, who places the principal’s interests above those of his own.

For a commission or fee, bringing together parties interested in buying, selling, exchanging or leasing real property.

All the people living in a particular district, city, etc.

Providing referrals and coordination of home service providers that are insured and who have been pre-screened for pricing and quality control purposes.

- Home Staging
Home Staging is the process of improving a home to be offered for sale, in order to maximize its value.
- Net Value
Amount of property (typically cash) that an owner is willing to accept in exchange for their property minus any expenses incurred by the owner to consummate the exchange such as repairs, construction costs, cleaning, closing costs, and commissions.
- REALTORS®
The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Established and fixed measure used in assessing quality or performance.

Assumes responsibility for services provided from start to completion of the project.
