Doug Clark
VP Sales & Marketing, Russell Eppright Custom HomesAs Doug Clark talks about his career in real estate, it’s clear that his life has been a natural progression of what he’s been doing for the past several years. Clark has managed to link his superb sense of style with his business savvy and real estate acumen, much to the delight of Central Texas homeowners, custom home builders and fellow real estate professionals.
“I’ve been working in the Austin real estate market for more than 30 years, and have the experience and the important connections here in Austin to get things done well and quickly,” says Clark. His dedication to perfection is evident through the professional organizations he has chosen to associate with, including the National Association of Homebuilders, the Member Institute of Residential Marketing, the National Sales and Marketing Council, the Homebuilder’s Association of Greater Austin and the National Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors. His dedication to his community is reflected in his membership in the prestigious Littlefield Society of The University of Texas at Austin, a premier campus-wide donor recognition society that funds various UT initiatives and endowments.
In his current position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Russell Eppright Custom Homes, Clark works with a core design team of in-house architects, designers and coordinators. He works one-on-one with his clientele to help them get exactly what they want and need, while coordinating with construction crews and vendors to make it all happen on time and within budget. The results for homeowners are stellar homes that many consider a work of art. But what did you expect from a person with a degree in Fine Arts from Ohio State University?
“Doug is able to combine his innate artistic sense with the practical side of homebuilding, and the results are always spectacular,” says Brian Talley, Broker Realtor with Regent Property Group. “Doug has won the respect of many professionals in the Austin real estate market, and has been recognized with numerous rewards, including the NAHB ‘Nationals’ Project of the Year for 1991, the TXCABA ‘MAX’ Builder of the Year in 2000, 2001, 2004 and 2006. We are proud to have Doug Clark as member of the Board of Directors with the Regent Property Group.”
