Regent Home Certification Program

In order to set your home apart from the competition, we offer our Regent Home Certification program. This service has different levels of certification, based on the investments and perks that the seller provides to their home and to prospective buyers prior to listing. Once this certification is achieved, the status will be displayed on the yard sign and on all other advertisements possible.

Specifically, our clients have the opportunity to have their home inspected and/or appraised up-front, providing buyers a heightened certainty of the condition and value of the home. Our customers can have their home professionally staged before listing it, and can also commit to having their home professionally cleaned after they move out. Finally, our clients have the opportunity to provide buyers a home warranty upon the close of a sale.

The levels of certification provided by the Regent Home Certified program are below. To be certified on any level, our sellers must commit at a minimum to having their home professionally cleaned upon vacating their home. We require this commitment as it is an industry standard, and a courtesy to home buyers.

Summary of Home Certification Levels

	Seller must commit to all five investments and perks.
	Seller must commit to four of five investments and perks.
	Seller must commit to three of five investments and perks.
	Seller must commit to at least two of the five on the list of investments and perks below, including the professional cleaning.
