Meet Our CEO: Brian Talley
Our founder and CEO Brian Talley has been active in the real estate industry since receiving his BA in Accounting from Hardin-Simmons University in 1998. Brian moved to Austin, Texas immediately out of school and began working as retail development, sales, and marketing executive prior to joining the nation’s fastest growing corporate real estate services firm United Systems Integrators Corporation (USI) in early 2002. At USI Brian performed impressively for his customers where he leased and sold 575,000 square feet and 37 acres of office, industrial, and residential properties producing millions in savings for his Fortune 100 customers. When USI was acquired by Fortune 100 firm Johnson Controls, Brian worked as a corporate real estate and facilities sales executive for two years before leaving to start Regent Property Group.
During his tenure at USI and Johnson Controls, Brian took note of the deficiency of highly experienced and trained corporate real estate executives serving the commercial and residential real estate industries. As a result, Brian set out to create Regent Property Group to provide a single source for commercial and residential services offered by highly trained and experienced real estate professionals. Brian has formed Regent Property Group to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by applying professional business principles and standards to every real estate transaction. Brian has built the business around protecting and building his customers’ wealth. “By helping my customers realize their real estate investment goals, I am able to achieve my life ambition every day. What could be more satisfying than that?”
