A note from Austin REALTOR® Brian Talley:
"I'm blessed to have exceptional experience working with many diverse individuals and families buying and selling homes all over the greater Austin area. While many of my clients are referrals, I also work with dozens of people who connect with me through my website. As a result, I work with many individuals and families moving to Austin from all over the world.
For selling homes, I use my “Top Dollar Home Sales System”, which applies a consistent and proven strategy to help my Sellers get top dollar for their home in the shortest amount of time without limitation to any specific subdivision or area of town. My work with Buyers is advantageous to my Sellers because I not only have buyers actively looking for homes to purchase, I'm also able to leverage my understanding of the needs of my Buyers to help get houses sold for top dollar.
A home must be priced correctly, staged competitively, and marketed aggressively for maximum exposure in order to get a home sold for the highest net value in the shortest amount of time. REALTORS® that take listing that are priced, staged and marketed appropriately tend to have good sales success. Alternatively, REALTOR’S® that take listings that are not priced, staged, and marketed appropriately tend to have poor sales success. Now it is certainly the job of the REALTOR® to educate the homeowner on the best approach to price, stage and market the property. However, the homeowner plays a crucial role in how the home is ultimately priced and staged, so a REALTOR’S® sales success can largely depend on his clients preferences. As such, the homeowner plays as much of a role in the REALTOR’S® success as the agent does!"
