Regent Property Group LLC operates the web site at www.regentpg.com and other related Regent Property Group LLC sites. Our web sites  are hosted by Real Estate Webmasters (REW) and bluehost.com with servers located in the United States and Canada. By submitting personal information to the www.regentpg.com or our related websites you consent to its transfer and to its processing, storage, and use within and outside of the United States. As our hosts and custom web designers Real Estate Webmasters and bluehost.com have access to user information on our web sites. Our hosts maintain their systems in accordance with reasonable industry standards to reasonably secure the information of their customers. However, we do not provide any guarantees that the information is 100% secure. “Perfect security” does not exist on the Internet, and users must use our web site at their own risk.

Personal information is collected on our websites when a user voluntarily chooses to provide their personal information to us. This information is collected and used to enhance the services and information we offer you. We collect your personal information only when you voluntarily submit it in order to obtain access to certain services or information such as (1) property search registrations, (2) property inquiries, (3) employment inquiries, and/or (4) contact forms. The data collected is limited to what a user provides with a name and email address being required by most of our registration forms. When we obtain a user’s information we place that information into a database. This information is only accessible by the web site administrator and owner of Regent Property Group at this time. Periodic emails are sent to users in our database providing them with information such as real estate market statistics and trends, company announcements, and other information related to Austin real estate. When a user provides a phone number an agent with Regent Property Group may contact that user directly over the phone to make an introduction and to determine whether the agent can help the user with their Austin home search. When address information is provided periodic direct mailings may be sent to the user relating to Regent Property Group and/or related to Austin real estate services, issues, and/or helpful information. We do not share personal information with third parties at this time, but we reserve the right to share the information if we deem it necessary to protect our property rights, to sell our firm, to abide by the law, or for any other reason within or outside our control.
